The key questions that have to be asked this summer in OER is this - "Does Chutney Exist or is he just a figment of WP's imagination?" Does WP need to produce evidence of the Chutney existence? Or is WP just taking the pee with Chutney just being a gimmick? Who is Chutney? And how come slobbo or any of the other footy scribes have never mentioned Chutney? Is Chutney a dodgy Socialist who voted Labor? And if Chutney does exist how do we know he's a Richmond man and not a Carlton supporting dog? We want answers!

So, the Tigers have all these players still out of contract and there's been no news about any of them, except Nahas.  Surely, they can't all be held up by Martin's negotiation, nor could they all be lined up for trade or delisting.

Tucky has retired so that's one less. Aside from Dusty, Conca and perhaps big Ivan, the rest of those staying you wouldn't expect are demanding a larger chunk of the salary cap.

Maric, Martin, White and Conca are the only players getting a regular game.

White and Maric will sign - there is no doubting that. If Conca or Martin choose to leave I will back the club to complete a decent trade.

Tuck retired, Nahas up for trade so no point signing him now
Derickx, O'Hanlon are gone
Dea, Edwars, Elton, Griffiths, Helbig, Batch, Mcguane are dispensable so wgaf - no doubt some will stay and some will go from this group but care factor?
Arnott will be peanuts to keep at this stage so really no hurry

But outside of that, with the FA period and trade week coming up you aren't going to sign blokes that you are open to trading or those you are going to de-list. Also player review meetings were only last Wed & Thurs

Exclude Conca & Martin and the de-list group Tuck (ret), Derickx Nahas and perhaps O'Hanlon others are tradeable (not saying they will be traded just saying they are likely available for the right deal) so you wouldn't be signing them yet.

And BTW McGuane is a FA so there is a good chance he's said he wants to test the market.
