Foxsports.com.au gives the 16 AFL clubs their mid-season report

Having arrived at the half-way mark of the AFL premiership season, the time has come for foxsports.com.au to issue your club with their mid-season report card.

Richmond
Currently: 16th (1-10)

What's gone right:
They've won a match. That's an achievement for Damien Hardwick's side and the coach himself. They've also been competitive for the past four weeks. Dustin Martin has looked at home on the big stage and there'll be a few handy types among the plenty of youngsters tried.

What's gone wrong:
The 10 losses, the impotent forward line, the leaky defence. Hardwick has inherited a side that is still four years off being able to push into the eight and it's going to be very hard with compromised drafts.

Star performer:
Shane Tuck has dragged himself off the scrapheap to be back in favour - Jordan McMahon could learn a thing or two. Daniel Jackson was probably their best player before he tangled with Campbell Brown. Chris Newman rarely plays a bad one.

Needs a lift:
McMahon, Daniel Connors, Graham Polak, Mitch Morton, Tom Hislop, Jake King, Richard Tambling. Now you start to see why they're stuck on the bottom.

The future:
Another win against the Eagles in Melbourne would be two more than many were expecting a month ago. They'll finish on the bottom.

Round 22 prediction:
16th

Foxsports TV Footy:

*Need to get some commentators who know the team they're watching.
*Develop a way of telelvising football so that viewers feel as if Foxsports know what they are doing.
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

where would you place Richmond if you were being paid to volunteer a professional opinion?

16th but hey that isn't a bold prediction that's stating the bleeding obvious based on where we are right at the minute

A bold prediction would be to say we will finish 14th or 15th  ;D

Actually I'd love it if we did finisg 15th - it would certainly keep the forum fired up  :rollin :rollin

15th with 4.5 wins after drawing the last game when Jordan McMahon, in his farewell game, kicks a goal from 60mts out after the siren with Richmond a goal down!

 :lol

Wouldn't be too upset seeing us get off the bottom of the ladder, if only to see one bookmaker have to pay out twice on the wooden spoon :rollin

yeah but we know that these Jack offs aren't prone to bold statements unless a coach drops a few games in a row when in the last year of his contract.......!
