They're going to up the ante at training today to simulate match conditions (presumably that means a intra-club) as well up training Monday and Tuesday.

Man , I am so p!$$ed off  >:(. I needed a footy fix.

This may of been a "Micky Mouse" game of footy but I will take anything after a long boring off season.Watching the worse Australian cricket team in almost 25 years has been excruciating.

Anyhow only 8 days until the NAB cup. ;D

Unless it is played today or tomorrow then it can't be played. Remember players are required ot have minimum breaks between games

Can't use the MCG, Etihad isn't ready yet

I think if they had re-schedule it to Melb when they cancelled Darwin then it would have been able to be played at Docklands but for reasons that can only be explained by the nuffers at headquarters that wasn't even considered

True WP, but they wanted to keep it in the territory.

When they rescheduled the game to Alice they would have known there was a chance of rain due to cyclone Yasi, but i doubt anyone at that stage could have known how big it was and powerful it would still be when it affected alice.
