Jeep would be happy about the exposure so far. The Jeep logo on the jumpers really stands out, unlike the Centrebet on the Aints jumper which you could hardly read.  :thumbsup

All good and the fact we have played well on a Friday night in prime time gave it more exposure. Add the prime time slot against Carlton and Saturday night against Hawthorn and another Friday night against the Pies in the next two weeks and our new sponsors won't be upset at all. Their investment is already paying itself off. :thumbsup

And so far the two games we've played in prime time this year have been see-saw affairs and rated well (718k viewers on Friday night). If we keep that up and start winning more the AFL will want us playing more in prime time which will make us more attractive to existing and potential sponsors  :thumbsup.

AFL doesn't make the call the FTA broadcasters do. The draw gets done (who plays who only) and then the FTA TV networks sit down and pick which games they want and what time slot, with FOX getting the scraps

Certainly Ch7 would be very happy with us after Friday night - so get it right (= close to the Pies) in round 4 and more Firday nights are looking a show

Having one of the most exciting players in the league at FF will also help us get more prime time games i'd think.
And you may not think I care for you

even when he's not playing he's entertaining. After Friday nights game so many people I know commented on how fast we looked and how angry Jack was.

Richmond’s vision for the future has been strongly endorsed by Chrysler’s CEO of Asia-Pacific Operations John Kett.

Speaking at Sunday’s President’s function, before the Sydney game, Kett endorsed the club’s ambitious plans, saying the challenges faced by the Tigers were similar to those his company recently confronted in the United States.

Chrysler is the parent company of Jeep, which became Richmond’s co-major partner this year.

The demons have signed a 6 million dollar 3 year deal with an energy company.

I cant believe that rabble of a club got such a good deal.

Without knowing our numbers its fair to say we are not even close to that. :banghead :banghead

our sponsorships are more than competitive with the Dees, and I'm pretty sure they just LOST two major sponsors to go with that deal

Jeep + Bingle + ME + Lite n Easy + Clive Peeters + KooGa (apparel) + Hostplus (ball sponsor)

versus

Energywatch (energy who?) + some solar company on thier shorts + New Balance (apparel) + Drake + is there anyone else  ???
