Destination Cairns for pre-season camp
richmondfc.com.au
12:30 PM Mon 26 Nov, 2012

Richmond’s players departed this morning for a nine-day training camp in Cairns.

The camp, which was made possible by the support of Tourism Tropical North Queensland, will be a mix of football training and team bonding exercises.

It will also be the first opportunity for the Club’s newest draftees to join in with the main group, just four days after they were selected at the National Draft.

....

The Roar Vision cameras will follow the players’ progress on the camp, with regular updates available at richmondfc.com.au.

Azza is spewing. He thought they said they were off for cans, not off to Cairns.

I'm sure the psychotropic wayfarers in the group will find an appropriate herb somewhere in the forest.

Richmond will be holding two open training sessions for Tiger fans this week during its pre-season camp in Cairns.

Thinking abnout it the Club could make an easy $100-$200K for the FTF off this jaunt up to cairns

Instead of trying to sell $200 raffle tickets which a lot of folk can't afford why wouldn't they offer 10-20k raffle tickets at $10 each with first prize being the nine day trip to Cairns with the team?

Great idea. I'd buy one.
