Whatever it is I hope he sorts it out soon and im sure we all back him 100% here :thumbsup

Their list looks strong
Who tags ballantyne?
And will jacko go to fyfe or hill? Maybe send him to tag the tagger in crowley and let our boys run rampant?

Daniel Jackson? Wouldn't trust that boy to carry a box of eggs across the road let alone go to Nathan Fyfe.

I like the cut of your jib, Philldo

Maybe the Tuck omission is due to our low tackling numbers?  :-\ We will need players who can run and chase all day on that oval. I don't have high hopes for this game....

which white can do, which is why i doubt he will be sub.

nah, white can run all day.

One of the kids will be sub.

It's not about that, it's the make up of the team and Ellis will be more match fit at this level and game savvy, White will probably come on when the game slows down, that way he can use his pace. My opinion anyway.

see above.

of course it is about that. why waste a bloke who has a mature body and the fitness/stamina to run all day as a sub, particularly on a big ground against a side that tries to choke the crap out of the game?

It's the kids that need to come when the pace is out of the game. white will still be running and creating space at the end of game.how much of the ball he gets and what he does with it.....? well, thats another thing.

What tall 2 backs to cover 2 tall forwards isn't good enough? Need 3 to cover the 2? What about when we play teams with 3 tall forwards, do we play 4 tall backs?
mate you should learn from other sides most go with 3 genuine talls regardless of opposition they dont f***c around with their structures down back it doesnt change from week to week.
do you think rance on bradley size height a good match up without a chop out froma third tall. do you think grimes on hannath a good match up. they wont get a hand from batchelor he will have his hands full with mayne.  petterd is undermanned on fyfe.
how much better if it went
hannath v griffiths. bradley v rance. grimes v mayne. and batchelor v fyfe. dont kid yourself we are under sized and short in the back half when it comes to like for like match ups. griffiths would ease that problem no end.
a question would you even blink if chaplin, rance and grimes played every week if fit even if the opposition only had 2 genuine talls. i dont think so. defensive structure is everything why does our change every week. if chaplin was fit he would be playing along with rance and grmes.

chris mayne may only be 6ft 3 but he good in the air.  why give a mug an even break.
Someone had to come in for Chappy otherwise it would be him not Batch but Batch can play that tall role, better than Griff IMO. So we had absolutely no choice in keeping our structure with Chaplin injured. I don't think those match ups at all look better but again thats my opinion.
A thing you seem to be ignoring is Griff and Astbury were both injured.

Who's the sub?
It hasn't been announced yet. My guess would be either Ellis again or Vlastuin.

Not surprising, King looked in a fair bit of pain last week
