Dan and Blair have tabled an offer to Bombers and Carslile but once again rejected by all parties in favor of a deal involving hawks, north, blues and any other club in the league.

Twitter all a flutter via the AGE that Hawthorn have entered the race for Carlisile, possible deal involving Anderson and picks

@mickgleeson: Big trade move. Hawks could scupper Saints on Carlisle. North could get Anderson. Bombers end up with two first round picks @RealFooty1

appears Hawks offering picks 15 & 18 for Carlisle and Essendon happy with that

Also involves Adnerson going to N0rt

Clarke supposedly trying to speak to him now

All Jake has to say is Yes says Steveo

@Stevo7AFL: Ess very happy with 15 and 18 for Carlisle ... Bombers would end up with five picks inside top 25. All Carlisle has to do is say yes to Haw.

Hmm lets see if Jake is a man of his word or not ...will he hold firm and stay committed to the Aints  :rollin

This smells fishy.
Hawks were saying they haven't got a lot of cap space just the other day.....

Maybe the Bombers are just trying to force Saints hand to give up pick 5.....

Isn't Jake OS anyway? How is Clarkson going to sit down and have a chat with him unless all of this will just be done over the phone.... :whistle

Brett Anderson said Richmond rang into SEN within 35 seconds of them talking about it to say there's no interest in Carlisle.

The Hawthorn is offer is real though. So it's down to whether Carlisle sticks true to wanting to go to St Kilda or is tempted now by the Hawks.

The Hawks are attempting to snare Carlisle in a three-way deal that, according to reports, would see:

    Hawthorn parts with pick No.18 and Anderson for Carlisle;
    North receives Anderson and Essendon's pick No.41 in exchange for pick No.15, and,
    Essendon receives picks No.15 and 18 for Carlisle and pick No.41.

It is understood that if Carlisle and Anderson agree to be part of the deal it could be signed off on as early as Thursday afternoon.

Any change of heart from Carlisle would be a massive turnaround in one week. On October 8, he told NAB AFL Trade Radio, "From 2016 onwards I will be at the St Kilda footy club.

That crazy critter Twitter is saying Hawks have limited space in 2016 but have space freed up from 2017

Hawks don't have to offer the same terms as those being offered by Saints. He isn't a free agent so he would need to agree to a deal with Hawks

AFL website saying Carlisle has agreed to go to Hawthorn IF a deal with St Kilda can't be done

Let's see if the Saints blink and offer pick 5 now  :rollin
