So many wankers at NM. It's not only because I can't stand them, they just have total wanker blokes. It's almost like that's a prerequisite to get recruited there.

Is the whiteboard thing for real? I thought it was someone winding it up given that dal santo was never in the lineup

Boomers a real little wank isn't he? See him have a crack at drew for stealing his limelight the other week? Lmao what a wanker

yep he was smiling on the outside but bet he was burning on the inside

North counting on their "finals experience". I must have missed where they killed it in the finals recently  ::)  :wallywink.

Overall, North’s 22 have combined for 120 finals appearances, with Brent Harvey (20), Nick Dal Santo (20) and Drew Petrie (10) the most seasoned September campaigners.

The Tigers on the other hand have combined for just 45 finals appearances, with Troy Chaplin (7), Ivan Maric (5) and Shaun Grigg (3) the most experienced heads.

Its not just that Jack.

We just have to win for our club's sake after two failuresat the same stage in the last two years.

If we want to get personal. Then we need to beat this half way house of sub humans.

We haven't beaten the Roos at the 'G since 2001. Mind you we've hardly played them at our home ground in that time and not since we've become a finals side ( ::) @ AFL).

We last played them at the 'G over 3 years ago (Round 17, 2012). It was game where Petrie kicked 5 goals in the last quarter. We ended up losing by just 4 points, so in the end the ump, who didn't know the then new rushed behind rule, actually cost us the game by penalising Luke McGuane despite him being surrounded and under pressure by Roo defenders.

Out of interest, 12 of the named 22 Tigers (Conca, Cotchin, Deledio, Edwards, Ellis, Grigg, Houli, Maric, Martin, Newman, Rance, Riewoldt) and 15 of the current 22 Kangaroos played that day.

Prior to that game:

Lost 53-103 in R16, 2010 .... Dimma's first year as coach.
Drew 85-85 in R16, 2009 ..... Rawlings was caretaker coach.
Lost 86-127 in R2, 2008 ..... Under Plough and only Lids and Newy survive from that game.
Won 92-88 in R21, 2001 ..... The night Richo kicked 6 points before kicking the winning goal.

Isn't that the game that Cotchin was reported for running through Swallow? Just going for the ball too and he got off at the tribunal IIRC.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

I don't remember, Y&BB, but Cotch did cop 4 weeks for charging Sam Wright back in 2010.

Thanks OE. Can't take much from that due to a small and mostly irrelevant sample size but it definitely doesn't look good in our favour
