Chris Gayle is.

If Dustin Maori does too, it would expose these hole media bullies if not for a week.

I wish someone would, the media go too far these days, a msg needs to be sent, these parasites need to be accountable, everyone else is in their jobs except these lying megalomaniacs
When it comes to one of their own they've gone to great lengths to protect her identity and you'd have to ask why.

These allegations could have landed Dusty in jail.  He acted like a yobbo by the sounds of it, but the threat to kill is a serious allegation and that will hang over his reputation for the rest of his life.  That aspect of the whole matter I think should be tested and the only way to do that is to go to trial or for her to make a statement of denial, that she may have exaggerated.  She can say she felt intimidated and when he was drunk and out of order, she felt fearful.  And you can understand anyone feeling fearful at a time like that, but she went a bit too far IMO and has damaged his reputation permanently.

If her motivation was to create a headline, and she is a television producer who went straight to the media instead of the police, then I don't think it's as simple as Dusty just getting on with the job and forgetting.  Well, he should probably forget, but my curiosity needs a bit more persuading

People want the guy to mature and show some responsibility.

This would do it.

She should apologise for the crap she has caused.
If she doesn't and there are no consequence then how is her behaviour being held to account?
Is it just that we are comfortable to say that anyone can have a crack at provoking a footballer in public and if it comes off then good for you but if it doesn't then good try?
If she doesn't apologise or worse if she doesn't feel the need to apologise then I wonder how many low life's out there would be diswaded from doing the same thing?
Litigation is one way of saying - stuff this and stuff you, might make them think twice next time.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

He at no stage copped to threatening to stab her with a chopstick or hitting the wall just above her head as she publicly claimed and many in the media regurgitated as the gospel truth.
