Simmonds was a good player, probably one of the better ruck/forwards I can remember and would jump into any AFL team at the moment in the same role.

Hampson (and Yarran) were unforgivable, over paying, utter stuff ups. Nice bloke though.

What a waste of  pick 3 Fiora was - we could of gotten Pavich if I recall.

It’s probably recent bias but Our strike rate for Ruck forwards in the 21st century isn’t too crash hot. Hampson, vickery, Griffiths, Chol, Orren stephenson to name a few.
