It was a freakish mark and a very worthy winner if it goes that way

O'Brien's mark will win easily on the back of anti-Richmond sentiment combined the other two nominees splitting the Richmond vote....not to mention Jack is also despised by a lot of opposition supporters...however if the reaction to his cousin's  mark - which also didn't win (Ashley Sampi lmao) - is anything to go by then his is the mark that will live longest in memory, be the most talked about for years to come and eventually become part of footy folklore... :shh

O'Brien's mark was good because it wasn't a chest mark.

Otherwise Bolton has the best elevation.

Jack has the courage and moment (back with flight, to win the game).

O'Brien's was also great, from the side, high, arms out etc.

Jack for me..complete package moment.

It is the fourth time Richmond has won the Mark of the Year award, with Bolton joining Michael Roach (1979), Geoff Raines (1982) and Michael Mitchell (1990).
