Thankfully the Pies put in one of their worst defensive efforts for the year especially after half-time. Gave up 5 goals from D50 stoppages. Maynard is cooked as is Mihocek. De Goey went missing and reminded everyone why Tiger supporters call him Kmart Dusty. They were totally lost without Pendelbury instructing their set-ups at stoppages. A calf is not good for an older player btw. It ended Richo's career six weeks after coming second in the Brownlow.

Mabior Chol has been cleared of rough conduct by the AFL Tribunal for a tackle that concussed Geelong ace Tom Stewart.

Every technical free is paid to the Cats yet nothing to the Lions. It's like watching us play where the umps refuse to pay us clear frees. Lohmann was held 20m out and no free, yet they've paid everyone in Geelong's forward line. Fletcher had his legs taken out on the wing and no free. Fagan has every right to go up to the umps at half-time and complain.
