Guernsey - ordinary. Too much red. Who out of Sydney, Melbourne, Essendon, Brisbane will have to wear a change strip? Actually reckon they could have had a great jersey with red and yellow like the Macedonian flag,
Change guernseys - OK.
Maybe with red and yellow they are after a McDonalds sponsorship lol

A new club song, approved by the existing playing group and the king of footy tunes Greg Champion, was also rolled out at a gala Gold Coast function amid bold claims it was almost better than Richmond’s.

Jon Ralph claiming tonight that Nathan Krakouer and Harbrow are as good as gone to the Gold Coast and their clubs have conceded they've lost them. Likely to be first named as going in September followed by perhaps Ablett.

Most of the names being mentioned apart from Ablett are hardly ones to get excited about for GC. Even with Ablett he's not going to get the protection and support with GC that he does at Geelong.

Gold Coast Suns ready to pounce and poach (Herald-Sun)
« Reply #52 on: August 13, 2010, 04:28:29 AM »
No Tigers mentioned...

Ablett heads the list of rumoured recruits that include Hawthorn's Campbell Brown, Port Adelaide's Nathan Krakouer, Western Bulldogs' Jarrod Harbrow and Adelaide's Nathan Bock. Fremantle's David Mundy is also in their sights, and there is speculation Matthew Pavlich will be a target if Ablett stays at Geelong. Carlton onballer Shaun Grigg has been recently mentioned as a Gold Coast target.

It's official, Bock is the first player to announce he's playing with the Suns.

a 100 gamer that has won a B&F and all they are expecting is pick somewhere 26-30.

The crows are getting right royally screwed, as will anyone else who loses players to these mercenaries.

Here's a list of uncontracted names linked to GC.

Adelaide - Nathan Bock
Brisbane - Rischitelli, Brennan
Carlton - Jacobs
Collingwood - Travis Cloke, Paul Medhurst
Essendon - Stanton, Houli
Fremantle - David Mundy
Geelong - Gary Ablett
Hawthorn - Campbell Brown
North Meblourne - ?
Port Adelaide - Nathan Krakouer
Richmond - ?
St.Kilda - Armitage
Sydney - Veszpremi
Bulldogs - Harbrow
West Coast - Quentin Lynch, Dean Cox

Caro said there's definitely 5 of the above (bold?) and possibly 8 in total. No Tigers mentioned thankfully.

The dominoes are starting to fall. Port's Nathan Krakouer the next to quit and join the Suns.
