Not sure if they are up there yet but the Herald-Sun today mentions Richmond going up to Port Douglas to train. Back on November 13.

Port Douglas will be after the draft

Tigers Start Pre-season

Tigers duo Lennon and Vlastuin hit the track
Ben Guthrie
November 13, 2015 12:28 PM

BEN Lennon and Nick Vlastuin are making solid headway in their returns from off-season hip surgery with the Tigers pair put through their paces at the club's first official pre-season training session on Friday.

Albeit within the constraints of the rehab group, Vlastuin and Lennon ran laps at a steady pace around Punt Road Oval as the Tigers' first to fourth-year players returned from holidays.

Vlastuin also completed some high intensity running during the hour-long session and appears to be slightly ahead of Lennon at this early stage.

In positive news for the Tigers, youngster Nathan Drummond has begun his running program as he returns from a serious knee injury.

Drummond, pick No.52 in last year's NAB AFL Draft, ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in his first AFL match against Melbourne in April earlier this year.

In coach Damien Hardwick's absence, assistants Brendon Lade and Mark Williams were in charge of overseeing the session, which saw 10 players in full training.

There was a focus on decision making and finding the open target in continuous game-scenario drills, a chunk of training the players found particularly taxing.

Second-year midfielders Corey Ellis and Connor Menadue both stood out in the drills, alongside Brandon Ellis and Kamdyn McIntosh, and appear the players most likely to push for a regular senior spot in 2016.

After a light session on Friday, the players can expect a tougher Saturday with a time trial pencilled into their schedules.

The full squad is set to return to the club on November 27.

Jason Castagna has put on a bit but gee the rest remind me of looking at our team 5-8 years ago, very little to no build at all... :-\

Yeah I see that but look at McBean too, he needs to eat Menadue after Menadue eats the steaks..

Menadue shouldn't get a game until he puts on 5kg.

Robbie Flower played 272 matches at barely 70 kilos...Fletcher was as skinny as McBean for the first decade of his career and won two flags...they both played/began playing in eras that were far dirtier & more brutal than today's and with far less rotations....

McBean is becoming a joke. He looks like he's lost weight. If he can't get some size his time will be up before he knows it

Menadue has actually put on a bit of muscle around the upper chest shoulder area is most noticable. you can see he's put a bit on all over, certainly not massively, but you can see it, just.

Yes McBean is a worry. Please don't compare McBean to Robert Flower and Fletcher...not even size wise because Westhoff is bigger than McBean and he has come no where near those two.

I'd like to see a pic of Menadue standing next to Deledio ... don't reckon there would be much difference build-wise ...
It's not about how big your muscles are, its about how much power you can get out of them & how efficiently you can generate maximum power.  The days of the muscle bound freaks are pretty much over, the new interchange cap will see to it ...
Forget the muscles, talk about their tank (which is hard to see in a picture).
Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!  Loud, proud & dangerous!
