FFS why isn't Mopsy Fraser on the list?
The Poll is for Tigers of the past 50 years since we moved home games to the MCG. That's why there's no Dyer, Fraser, etc ...
The title is a little misleading then…it can't be toughest EVER! Should be "toughest since moving to the MCG".
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

IMO, it's NOT the obvious "blokes"

Someone like the Flea, pound for pound was hard as stuff and for years.

Another tough bastard was Paul Broderick.A lot of his hardness went unnoticed.

Scotty Turner was tough as stuff too.

Agree 100% Ox. Flea and Brodders were like sappers diving into contests to get the footy with no regard for their own safety.   :thumbsup

Smart man! ;D

I would add to that list Tony Free.

Two mentions of Broderick ? You blokes have seriously lost your marbles. Broderick was a bit soft actually. Pretty good player though.

Dyer , Fraser and Roger Dean were before my time but I heard stories.
Ricky McLean and Neil Balme were hard bastards in the 70s. They'd be my choice as the hardest tigers.
Malthouse , Weightman , Woosha Welsh , Terry Smith  , Jim Jess in the early 80s. Cloke didn't take any crap either. Barry Young in the late 80s.
Tony Free in the early 90s. Scott Turner was pretty tough.
That's about it.

Well obviously anyone with "big" in their username is someone not to be stuffed with....
