Yeah I had a sook about them not arrving before Xmas and I had every reason too

The Club was the one that promised/guaranteed (again) if you signed up before a certain date then your membership would be delivered before Xmas. They failed (again) to meet that guarantee. Don't promise something you cannot deliver

Renewed my memberships the day we were able to, and mine just arrived yesterday as well. I don't have any children so it's not a big deal for myself, but I can understand the frustration for those that do. It is a little disappointing when they guarantee you'll get something and they turn up a month later.
