Maybe WP's cap was 'personally' selected.  Done anything to upset anyone down there lately WP?   ;D

Not before I got the cap smokey......

Since then ....who knows ;D

I'm surprised of the criticism of the caps.  My bronze cap is what I expected I'd get.

My issue with the cap is the quality and finish of it is pathetic.

Perhaps you've got a good one tigersalive but I can tell you the one received in our household is woeful. It certainly wont be warn in public  :-\ >:( ;D

I know they are massed produced and that is part of the problem but gee can we ge tthe basics right please  >:(

Here's just a couple of things wrong with ours:

1/ The stitching on the peek is all over the place which has resulted in the material not lining up where it should. Where the black should run it is yellow in some places then black in others

2/ It is lop sided  - what I mean there is when you wear it the right hand side is longer than the left hand side.

3/ The stitching on one side is crookied and it stands out because there is black stictching where it should be yellow (on the yellow side panel).

Sorry but it isn't good enough...

Geez, you did get a shocker.  All stitiching is straight and materials appear to be where they should be on mine and the peek is where it should be.

Can report that I finally got my Player Club stuff today

I received an extra lanyard brand Player Club, that I have to say is of much better quality than the standard one  ;D

Yes WP a much nicer quality.
Great to have the membership in my hands at last.

I finally got around to picking my membership pack up from my PO Box. It had been sitting there since the 10th Feb so looks like I got it the same time as most of the early reports of them showing up.

The Gold Member scarf seems to be the same quality as the one I got as a Silver member last year.
Lanyard & stickers the same too, doubt I'll use any of them to be honest, perhaps the scarf but I can't remember the last time I used one. While the extra stuff is nice, I think they should have a tick box that says you don't want all the extra stuff.

My youngest renewed his membership last Friday and received his pack today - they must have caught up on the backlog pretty quickly!

2000 renewals in the past week. The family day would've boosted this week's tally but if we can keep this rate up in the next 4 weeks till round 1 we could have around 36-37k members going into the game. We're still ahead of Carlton in memberships so despite a drop off from last year it's still not all bad news.
