Hurley and Jaeger

How about Richards and Jaeger?
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Barrett - "It's not a big issue, but there's an issue amongst 'some' Richmond players about favouritism shown towards Rance over the Club allowing him to return to preseason training in January while the rest had to start in November. Same issue at St Kilda with Nick Riewoldt."

Matty Lloyd said that vision of Brandon showed a side that was not working together nor to a system.

He showed other examples of us going backwards as first option. One of Hunt kicking 20m backwards and then another Tiger kicking sideways across the ground where the ball was spoiled out of bounds by an Eagle. Lloyd said that's why he was critical of Cotchin two weeks back because he's also got into the Richmond habit of going backwards and sideways first. The top sides are moving the ball forward quickly this year while Richmond are going backwards first.

You watch the game and this is why Im critical of Hardwick, on most occasions thier frist instinct is to look sideways or backwards..
MAybe because they are coached and trained like this, we need to switch it up and get some players ahead of the ball and train like this so the first intinct is not always ring a rosy.
Drives me batty.
Used Martin as a perfect example against the cows the other week, when inside 50 on the run a player like martin if not (or even when) hemmed in on the boundary is have a frign shot!
Not look to pass it of just for the sake of it.
We aint superstars, but we are a lot better than what we are at the moment.
If we take Melbourne on try and kick a decent score, will be a good game. If we play the oher way, could be a looong disgusting night. :banghead

What they highlighted last night wasn't player errors, it was gameplan. Pack ya bags Hardwick.
And you may not think I care for you
When you know down inside that I really do

I agree except for maybe Nick. He's an old boy who's been around for years and his sister passed away last year. Let him take some time away.

But all Rance wants is to get away from footy and because he's a good player he was allowed. Ask any other player and I'm sure they want to get away from footy too

Players who get extended time away from the club & mainly attending to injuries or personal life issues.
That could be anything from a ill family member, A new baby, Injuries that require complete rest, weddings, friends weddings, home sickness, Death of family member or friend, Time out because they have spent time around a sick child in hospital with terminal illness which most do.  Holiday, Moving or Building a house. Whatever, the club allows many things. We only guess unless we know them personally. As long as they come back to work & give 100% that is all that counts.
