Miles is not elite. Very good footsoldier like Tuck. Tight scrappy matches like tonight's suit him.

Miles is an elite contested ball winner.  Not finisher. Very good player that impacts games

Not everyone has to be a finisher

Elite contested ball winners can be a grade

Agreed. When he is up so is the side. Adds that extra hard inside midfield use of the footy.:thumbsup

Floss is just as hard but is played in the backline as he is good overhead and is great and clean as a spare man also. Reads the play really well and is made of tough stuff. If we can somehow manufacture a situation to put this kid in the midfield also. ;D

Best game of his career so far for mine. Really sound and dependable tonight. A number of key marks and spoils in defence tonight with his excellent reading of the play. Turned defence into attack with his attack on the footy. Far from our worst in the first half too.

He & Riewoldt were easily our best in the first half IMO.

Can't wait till this kid gets some more midfield time. Won or halved every contest last night!

Dermie said on SEN's "crunch time" program said earlier today that Vlaustin will captain Richmond one day. Will be our next captain

Have to say I agree
