I mean lard-ars vibe ?
Before u say u r Froars - u're not. :rollin
Im talking "Greatest Loser" size.
-
Last time i saw Jake he was pusihng 150 kilos
-
I was 130 KG once, now 95Kg
-
Well, i was obese a couple of months ago, and then we had that date, and i dieted and dieted in preparation and you no showed :rollin
You ask any woman and they think they're fat.
I have been both, but the hardest time was when i was skinny. People pick on you more - well women do - you're not threatening when you're overweight.
Gee women are bitchy lol :rollin
PS: Happy birthday shnookins :-* lol
-
I heard of someone who went to a bulimia party once. At 10 o'clock a cake jumped out of a girl.
-
I am suffering anorexia reverso lol :chuck
-
I was 130 KG once, now 95Kg
Thats awesome.
I have nothing but respect for u :thumbsup
Must be tuff but can i ask,how did u get so fat in the first place.
(I withdraw the question if it was a medical condition) :banghead
The heaviest ive evr been is 85 kilos and that was after sheer self indulgence in everything and Zannex @ the end.
Sitting pretty at 75 now and gotta hit the weights so Moi will cum in her daks. :gotigers
Bottom line is u gotta exercise daily.

Wish I was 75 kilos again
Was 96 at Xmas, Weighed in today at 86.
Exercise every day ;) Ran 6k today in 30mins 5 sec, Am flying at present :lol.
-
lmao Jakstar.
Im gonna stay around the 73 75 mark if it kills me.
Ran the lake today in 27 minutes and I thought I was flying too :rollin
If i dropped the joints, I rekkon I could do 20/21s again...or am i dreamin' ?
My best ever ,when i was like 26, was 17s i think,,could have been 19s.
One thing for sure, taking the sherrin around with you adds 5 minutes onto your time.
-
Yeah, got a condition that had me heading for a wheelchair so I couldn't exercise
And as I had been doing manual labour for the previous 20 years that kept my weight down
My wife leaving on finding out I was crook didn't help as I got depressed too, viscious cycle really.
Now I am in remission and am able to walk again, due to some lovely medication and a lovely new wife :bow
The really hard part is regaining muscle form
I rip my shoulders to shreds working every day, just like doing weights at 14yo, except I don't enjoy the pain like I used to
Unfortunately once my shoulders are up to scratch it will be my arms next :(
-
75kg is not much for a guy Oxx unless you aren't very tall. Are you thin and athletic or muscly? We watched the Biggest Loser final and hubby was a bit concerned that Adro weighed less than he does and hubby is no slob. As for me, I'm not obese but there are a few kilos that could be lost. I'd be happy to lose 10kg :-\
-
Ox is on the money though about the need to exercise on a regular basis.
I generally hit the gym 4-5 mornings a week and have now also started doing a big of boxing after work 1 to 2 nights a week.
The boxing is great as you can get a pretty good work rate going, having a trainer there to push you a bit always helps too :thumbsup
Watch out for me in the new Rocky 6 movie :lol :lol
-
Our boss is like a personal trainer, just don't have to pay him
We are never fast enough, most the time we hate his guts, but the job gets done
-
Last time i saw Jake he was pusihng 150 kilos
LMAO.
I was 90kg (185 cm) and fit as a fiddle a year ago. Havent worked out seriously for 6 months and now hover around 83kg. The way I see it is if you are looking for results, you are better off not working out at all than going at it half @rsed as all this does is demoralise you when your 1 weight session and 1 cardio session a week are having no effect.

Athletic.
75 rocks jewlz. :shh
Ive seen guys my age that used to be my weight and are now fat, lazy, pudgie piles of mush, hovering in the mid-high 80s.
Guess who can still get a root? :thumbsup
LMAO@How i hate fat.
I would rather die undernourished than a fat terd.
-
Was 96 at Xmas
How many? ;)
LMAO@how personal this could get lol
Was starting to feel sorry for Jake being picked on.
You're like a reformed smoker, Ox, thinking how wonderful you are you've lost all the weight and you can pick on us mere mortals lol
Guess who can still get a root? :thumbsup
Jackstar, Jake, Bully, hmmm can't think of anyone else lol
-
Hey Moi, Glad I am first on the list, lol :gobdrop
-
Guess who can still get a root? :thumbsup
Jackstar, Jake, Bully, hmmm can't think of anyone else lol
Hmmm...I got a root last Saturday :rollin...going back for second helpings before the game this week :thumbsup
For the record, I'm currently 193-194cm and 108kg...trying to get down to 99kg by December.
-

Yep, Body Mass Index makes more sense than just stating kgs. BMI = Weight in kilos divided by height in cm squared. 78 / (1.80*1.80) = 24. IIRC a BMI b/w 20 and 25 is ok.
-
Well Froars,you're right.
I'm sounding like a reformed smoker, probably so I cant go and stuff it up some time soon.
Took a while and the lake 4 times a week, minimum,
Foods i dropped.
Bread- Initially i cut out bread peroid but later started on a bread called performax.
1 loaf lasts over a week out of the freezer.
Cakes.Chocolates,sweets etc.
Stopped eating @ 2 am.
Drink 2.5 litlres of water a day.
Buy a juice extractor and sub your meals and sweet tooth for an apple carrot an celery or Pineapple orange juice.
A few weeks on the juicer and it will start to fall off - provided u exercise.
Snack on nuts during the day :thumbs and last but not least - LOOK AT URE SORRY ASS IN THE MIRROR AND LEARN TO HATE FAT.

so am i a wacko or ok ?

;D :shh
I am with you Ox, i am still wanting to get down to about 80kg, i was down to 83 but after a holiday and a bit of time away from the gym am back to about 87-88.
I hate fat also, running is the best thing to drop it off. I need to get my knee right so i can keep it up on a more regular basis.
-
Starvation is the key.
-
Starvation is the key.
Is the key to short term loss, Ox.
Now, i'm giving a lecture now lol
I lost 15 kg over 6 months once and managed to keep it off just by cutting out my fats, but still managing to eat and eat and eat.
Fruit, vegies, salads, grilled fish, soups, sultanas, cut out the butter on my bread but still could have 2 slices a day, baked beans :rollin, the lazy girl's ;) best friend Lean Cuisine, a little bit of nibbling nobbies nuts lol, heaps of water, cut down on coffee and tea, cut out milk and, yep, lots of exercise.
Was telling Julz the other day i'd been doing the same stuff for the last three months and only lost a little bit. I've been putting it off, but just gonna have to do some exercise :rollin
-
Gotta have some form of physical training in your routine for sure.
How good do u feel after sweating you %$#& out ?
-
I know what to do, just putting it off.
I can't run though which is a problem - knee and achilles problems.
Do you do lots of stretches, Ox.
As you get older, i'm finding i need to do more stretching. I know if i wasn't so lazy, that would help my knee a lot.
I was doing over 2000 sit ups a day when i lost all that weight lol
Couldn't do 200 now, but know it wouldn't take long to build up to that.
-
I probably have about 90% flexibility of when i was about 16.
Sometimes i wont do a warm up for the run but I 'll do a huge warm down including massive leg and back stretches
incorporated wit some breathing stuff i worked out that actually clicks my lower back into place if it's out in any way.
2000 sit ups a day or crunches ?
-
Crunches lol
Sorry
-
You'd have a broken back and a really sore neck - lol.
LMAO@ U hanging upside down by your ankles from a chin up bar, doing 2000 straight sit ups, while u have a dorry hanging out of your North and South. :rollin
-
OX= Fitness fanatic lol

The second would never happen, Ox lol
But the first one - yep, very good for ageing necks. REally hurts the front.
But if you were like me then, i was a bit of a junky, absolutely paranoid and getting off on what i was doing.
-
good gal moisy.
Another ripper is the steam room after a 5 k run and 90 minutes of weights and xcercise.
A bottle of tea tree oil and an hour in there you'll feel so good you'll cum
Hot shower.
Cold shower.
:thumbsup

What the (insert scratching head smiley lol)
I'm very big boned, and 70kg is about as low as i've been of late - and that's a size 8 to 10 - which is bloody small for me. I would luv to put 60k on my resume, but i would be just bones. Err, not 8 to 10 at the moment :rollin
The last time i saw you, Ox, you were a bit of a puddin lol, congratulations on the hard work :thumbsup
-
hello, i have met general disregard and i must admit he is a fine figure of a man!!!!

Hey Ox. I work out 6 days a week,Fridays are my day off.
I will be running at 10k @ 7am in morning, hail, rain or shine.
Moi can vouch that I have lost weight recently :thumbsup
-

I don't know about tree oil, but when you get right into a fitness regime and you see the great results, certainly does make you feel good (even horny :shh, especially if you know you've done it the right way and not just eating and throwing up like little girlies.
I'm getting motivated to do again lol
I've said to much (yet again lol) and i have to go to Safeways for my Lean Cuisines lol
Adios
-
he even smells good for a pom!
-
200 crunches - wow! Ever done those things, the guy from my gym calls them hovers. You're resting on your lower arms and toes whilst raising the rest of your body, holding in your stomach. Absolutely kills.
And 2.5 litres of water - I'd be sick. Reminds me of going for ultrasounds when pregnant - a form of torture. If I wasn't throwing the water up, I'd be dancing around like a little girl dying to go to the toilet.
-
Ben Holland looks like hes dropped about 10 kilos
-
u poor weight obsessed suckers. get over yrselves and get on with yr lives! :cheers
-
Do you get into the weights as well, Ox?
I've got a bit of an old archaic home gym thing here - still works okay - weights are weights no matter how old they are, hey.
I got pretty strong without getting muscular - is great :thumbsup
-
Yep, Body Mass Index makes more sense than just stating kgs. BMI = Weight in kilos divided by height in metres squared. 78 / (1.80*1.80) = 24. IIRC a BMI b/w 20 and 25 is ok.
What the (insert scratching head smiley lol)
lol
Write down your weight in kgs. Then write down your height in metres. Your BMI is your weight divided by your height all divided by your height again.
-
is it like a measurement of ones physical circumference? :rollin
-
BMI obviously works for the majority, i.e. those who have not gone through a period of concentrated muscle development (gives a high BMI) and those who go through a period of concentrated fat loss (gives a low BMI). For instance, when I was training I would have been over 25, but now I have stopped and lost some of the muscle I am in a healthy weight range.
A better indicator is % body fat, which is not as accessible and can vary depending on the quality of instrument doing the reading (the @home scales r scchit), but is better nonetheless.
-
can vary depending on the quality of instrument doing the reading (the @home scales r scchit)
How to lose weight - put the scales on the floor near a bench and press down hard on the bench while you're standing on the scales. Lose 5 - 30 kgs instantly ;D ;)

Hmmm...I got a root last Saturday :rollin...going back for second helpings before the game this week :thumbsup
Must be just lying back at this moment, smoking a well-earned ciggie, Fwoysie :ROTFL
Report please lol :shh
-
My oh my, come up for air boy lol :whistle
-
I haven't left my bed since 2001.
-
do the simple things people, take the skin off the chook, no milk in yr tea and coffee, eat a banana, no margarine on yr bread (use peanut butter), try wine in the evenings instead of beer, use the stairs instead of the lifts, wear black clothing, dont tuck yr shirt in!!!
-
Bought a book on Pilates at lunch time.
I'm going to stretch my way to being slim lol
No more sore backs, knees etc - a new woman :lol
-
I mean lard-ars vibe ?
I have been very sinful since the footy season finished and it's showing BIG time
I'm looking like Jackstar last summer lol
Might have to extract the digit - bugger :banghead
-
Energy > In = Energy > Out - Pretty simple really
I aint a fat mutha - But at 187 or 6,1' and 100 ks - geez I bust my ars to stay that way.
Yeah some people have problems with metabolism etc but just means you have to work harder.
And for a bit of motivation, jeepers creepers some of those bums I saw in lycra this morning certainly gets the blood pumping if nothing else does :thumbsup
Ohh and fat chicks shouldn't wear lycra either "It should be outlawed" - Dont these people have any humility :P
-
Hey CUB, you havent been running the ""tan Track"" have you /
-
Yep - Got it in one - seeing I work accross the road a good place to go - specially on these nice days, if you know what I mean ;) :thumbsup
Also locally Lilydale lake aint to bad.
-
Fantastic morning 4 a run. I ran 10k this morning at 7.00am Cold but nice ;)
-
Hey Porki... sorry lol, Jackstar, how did you lose all that weight so quickly last year?
If you tell me running, I don't want to know about it lol
-
I go to the gym 2 hours a night, 5 days a week. Going well so far. Lost about 10kgs I think :-\
Still got a bit to go though :(
The guys that go to my gym is my motivation to go... I get to perv :lol
-
Keep at it tiger-grrl86.
;)
-
Go to the gym 4 times a week. Just do free weights. Tryin to get back up to ~ 90kgs.
Find running very boring. Much prefer cycling, swimming or boxing. But am naturally pretty slim.
Pretty impressive keeping up 5 times a week TG86.
-
When I run on the treadmill at gym, I try to get one in the back row. the eye candy in the front row stops any boredom and inspires plenty of motivation. especially the young chickies with the G ;) and I am not talking about the MCG either :lol

Haha :P 3 days a week I do weights as well as my cardio session, so when I do my weights, my boredom buster is perving on the guys' muscles :lol All for a good cause though ;)

Thanks :) I go to the gym straight after work, I don't even think about it... I work then go to the gym, it's just a habit now. I'm actually in a very good mood after I've sweated my butt off, it feels nice :)
-
Do the same actually, have fridays off though, 6 days a week is enough for me
-
I'm actually in a very good mood after I've sweated my butt off, it feels nice :)
I like to read that as you saying that your butt feels nice. haha.
-
I think this is all bulldust, just get home, open up a nice red or white, have a couple of salads, some nice grilled fish or lean meat maybe some greek dips like tarama on crusty bread...all you gotta do is some walking and thats it. Dont eat poo!
-
Jack and WonderWoman TG, you're making me sick lol :rollin
-
Yes, makes me feel slack. I try and get to the gym twice a week and do an hour of weights followed by 10 mins of rowing and 20 of bike. On Wednesdays I go learn ballroom dancing. Was walking the dog for half an hour each day till I found out I have to wait 10 days after his 12 weeks injections before I should walk him. My problem is that I enjoy food.
