You'd have a broken back and a really sore neck - lol.

LMAO@ U hanging upside down by your ankles from a chin up bar, doing 2000 straight sit ups, while u have a dorry hanging out of your North and South. :rollin

The second would never happen, Ox lol
But the first one - yep, very good for ageing necks.  REally hurts the front.
But if you were like me then, i was a bit of a junky, absolutely paranoid and getting off on what i was doing.

75kg is not much for a guy Oxx unless you aren't very tall.

Yep, Body Mass Index makes more sense than just stating kgs. BMI = Weight in kilos divided by height in cm squared. 78 / (1.80*1.80) = 24. IIRC a BMI b/w 20 and 25 is ok.
What the (insert scratching head smiley lol)
I'm very big boned, and 70kg is about as low as i've been of late - and that's a size 8 to 10 - which is bloody small for me.  I would luv to put 60k on my resume, but i would be just bones.  Err, not 8 to 10 at the moment  :rollin
The last time i saw you, Ox, you were a bit of a puddin lol, congratulations on the hard work  :thumbsup

I don't know about tree oil, but when you get right into a fitness regime and you see the great results, certainly does make you feel good (even horny  :shh, especially if you know you've done it the right way and not just eating and throwing up like little girlies.
I'm getting motivated to do again lol
I've said to much (yet again lol) and i have to go to Safeways for my Lean Cuisines lol
Adios

200 crunches - wow!  Ever done those things, the guy from my gym calls them hovers.  You're resting on your lower arms and toes whilst raising the rest of your body, holding in your stomach.  Absolutely kills.

And 2.5 litres of water - I'd be sick.  Reminds me of going for ultrasounds when pregnant - a form of torture.  If I wasn't throwing the water up, I'd be dancing around like a little girl dying to go to the toilet.

Do you get into the weights as well, Ox?
I've got a bit of an old archaic home gym thing here - still works okay - weights are weights no matter how old they are, hey.
I got pretty strong without getting muscular - is great  :thumbsup

lol

Write down your weight in kgs. Then write down your height in metres. Your BMI is your weight divided by your height all divided by your height again.

BMI obviously works for the majority, i.e. those who have not gone through a period of concentrated muscle development (gives a high BMI) and those who go through a period of concentrated fat loss (gives a low BMI). For instance, when I was training I would have been over 25, but now I have stopped and lost some of the muscle I am in a healthy weight range.

A better indicator is % body fat, which is not as accessible and can vary depending on the quality of instrument doing the reading (the @home scales r scchit), but is better nonetheless.
