I lost 15 kg over 6 months once and managed to keep it off just by cutting out my fats, but still managing to eat and eat and eat.
Fruit, vegies, salads, grilled fish, soups, sultanas, cut out the butter on my bread but still could have 2 slices a day, baked beans

best friend Lean Cuisine, a little bit of nibbling nobbies nuts lol, heaps of water, cut down on coffee and tea, cut out milk and, yep, lots of exercise.
Was telling Julz the other day i'd been doing the same stuff for the last three months and only lost a little bit. I've been putting it off, but just gonna have to do some exercise
