Fact 1.... The Richmond team contained 5 players who had played 4 games or less.
Fact 2... There were 9 players who had played less than 20 games
Fact 3...There were 12 players who had played less than 30 games---Im no Einstein,but I think thats half the team.

You cant lose when you play youth.

Melbourne had Watts & Morton to come into the side ...

You mean Melbourne have Morton to come into the side?

Watts doesn't count because it's Melbourne's choice not to play him so he's clearly not in their best 22.

Gee, the Dees would want to hope Watts comes in and makes a real impact over the next few years. If not lets see if they cop as much crap for not selecting Natanui as we did with Buddy. Imagine how goods the Dees would be or even could be now with big Nick in their side....... scary.

Or by the same token would NicNat have been molly-coddled by the Dees like Jack Watts has?   :-\

I don't think Nats athleticism and genuine talent would have allowed that, but who knows. The positive for me out of this game is that he wasn't playing... ;D

and its not watts or tamblings fault that they were picked when they were
