Can't give a guy any credit when he apparently doesn't make decisions without someone holding his hand. People need to make up their minds. Is he responsible for Hartley and whoever else is on the staff? Does that also mean he was not successful in getting Dean Bailey () and Neil Craig? Does that also mean he was a big part of recruiting Thomson, AMaric, Petterd, Miller etc? Or were those decisions the ones where "he was just one of many involved"?
Personally I reckon he's poo at his job. The bloke signed up because Greg Miller thought he had something to offer. Then he had secret meetings with Pahoff
Neil Craig? Seeing Bailey only joined Melb last season I think it is fair to say CC had no involvement in that at all
As for Bailey, considering CC's job at Melb was very different to the one he holds at the RFC; he was in recruting and list management I think itv is reasonable to say he had involvement in that either.
As for recruiting, yeah as head of Football then he would have some involvement there. But seeing Opposition List Analysis is the primary focus of Blair Hartley, I reckon it's fair to say that Hartley would have had a fairsay in bringing Miller, Petterd & Mini Maric to the RFC
Amazing isn't it how things work
Hardwick has connections at Port. Both Hartley and Williams were from Port and he obviously knew what they are capable of. It's obvious to me who had the greatest hand in wanting these blokes at the club, probably gave Cam their numbers from his iPhone.
..... Next question.
So it's all because of Dimma Williams & Hartley are at the RFC? What about Greg Mellor? Tim Clarke in development? Anyone else solely Dimma appointments or only the ones you don't like
Forrest, trees = doesn't suit your argument
But if its what you want to believe = your choice
Will say it again "
Not disputing Cameron's made some errors in his time at the RFC but to not give him credit for some of the positives that have happened in the last couple of seasons is foolish at best" and can I add not realistic either
