He is the one who recommends who we should target in Free agency
He is the one who ranks and rates those on our list and recommends who we should keep

You cant sack Hartley he is a list management messiah who gave us Grigg and Houli and co. lol. Have to say I agree with you, Hartley has failed to live up to expectations. Anyone can go and get rejects from other clubs, how about him and the recruiting team actually go earn there money by bringing in some A graders instead of the hacks they are bringing in to justify their positions of employment.
