I reckon outside pace would help. Generally better decision makers. And patience.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

I'd like the club to seriously look at Tom Mitchell.

Would throw the kitchen sink at someone who runs both ways:
Pearce Hanley, Robbie Gray, Luke Parker, Dayne Beams type player.

Would want the club to talk to Nick Malceski and find him a home back in Victoria. Need some elite polish rebounding from the backline. Newman, Morris and Houli are B Graders.

Need to find a small forward in the draft or from under a rock around the country.
Go Tigers!
