What's required for Richmond to go further in 2015?

What's required for Richmond to go further in 2015?

Of all teams, this is the most difficult question to answer for Richmond. How does it view the list - the one that could not stop the Western Bulldogs in round 3, or the one that could stop Sydney in round 23? A second finals bomb out in consecutive years is another curious debating point. The Tigers need a bit more of everything. The key posts at either end, Rance and Jack Riewoldt (61 goals), are blue-chip but are those filling the second and third posts of high enough quality? The emergence of Miles showed what opportunities can open up.

Need a couple of lightning quick players and crumbing forwards, preferably indigenous.

1 kid isn't gonna make any difference. as I said in the other thread, we fired our best shots over the last 2 years and all we had to show for it is 7th and 8th. we're not good enough, we need more than one kid, we need to find another 4 or blue chip players. one a key defender to help Rance, 2 more bluechip mids with speed and size and a forward with some class.

To improve the side immediately

another 2 strong inside mids that are neat users of the ball.

a quality x factor small fwd - Garlett would be good, hope the rumours are true.

a 192-194 cm mobile fwd in the mould of Darling.

If we add those 4 missing links plus Griff and Astbury continuing to consolidate and Vlastuin and Conca taking the next step we will become a vgood side.

Lots of if's...

We need a new senior coach.

The only way the current list will go further is if they start getting better mileage from their Jeeps.
