All larfs aside though, the Frockers look ominous.

Not quite sure but it looks like he was showing his daughter the snowman 'statue' and he got spooked when it came alive.
The first reaction of the ponytailed man is violence. I leaned that at school.

On topic, I got a lot of respect for Ross Lyon.

if hed put a little bit more emphasis on actually kicking goals against quality sides he may win a premiership

Not sure Al. I reckon he was very stiff not to win or with the Aints. I'm tipping the Frockers to win this year too.
Also, just listening to him, he seems a cut above most coaches to me. Something about him.

no doubt he can coach, regardless of what you think about his game style.
i just think he is too defensive, particularly against good sides.

its one thing to keep the opposition to a beatable score, but you still have kick a winnable score yourself.

Final Ladder
Freo
Sydney ( premiers )
Hawthorn
West Coast
Geelong
North
Port
Richmond
......................
Carlton
Collingwood
Adelaide
Bulldogs
Gold Coast
Melbourne
Essendon
Brisbane
GWS
St.Kilda

First coach goneski - Sanderson

Finish higher - Melbourne

Tiges  - Dunno , hope we can make finals and win at least one. Not overly confident tho.

Probably shouldn't have revisited this thread coz Phil might scroll to page 2. In which case I owe him a beer but... The old Dice went ok with his predictions.
Tiges finished 8th , North finished 6th. Got 7 out 8 for the top 8. Was one of the few people to have Port in the final 8.
Misjudged Bomber Thompson's influence on Essendon and Adam Simpson's ineptness ( he'll be the first coach sacked next year  ;D)

GWS finished one spot above Melbourne  :banghead

Sanderson was the first coach sacked  :thumbsup

Just skimming through appears a lot of folks had Sanderson being the first coach sacked  ;D

I'll keep my hat on. 1 finals appearance in 4 years isn't impressive. Ken Hinkley showed how it's done.

I'd keep my powder dry on Kenny.
Let's wait another season or 2 before we laud Kenny.

Hats off to Kenny and co.
They play a sensational brand of football which has lifted the club off the canvas.

It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
