Intermezzo on the Bay in Black Rock. It's super cruisy and does everything. The owner is nice older Sicilian bloke and has some ripping gnocchi, pizza and pasta on the menu. It used to be outside the movies at Southland but had to move to Black Rock. I was talking to the owner last time and he said it's because the centre jacked up their rent by 40% which was pretty dog considering how long his restaurant was in there.

The only thing i remember outside southland cinema was wild bills mate.

Cant beat the Lemnos Tavern for a great Greek Meal.
Spaghettata and Papa Gino's in Lygon St for great Italian followed by a quick walk to Brunetti's for dessert
