Out of all the various issues what random Richmond thing grinds your gears?

1) massive gulf between best and worst football.

2) lack of on field leadership.

3) passive recruiting strategies. Can't land a big fish.

4)  Dimma plays favourites .

5) Skill level

6) Play an unexciting brand of Football ( thats why last week was so refreshing )

-It's stll a worry that after all these years the team still can't rid the stain of mediocrity from its DNA.
There are still decisions being made that stink of a "near enough is good enough" mantra that has plagued us for decades and there isn't enough people at Richmond that demand excellence in the mould of Tommy Hafey and Greame Richmond.

-How we let the scum beat us in the EF and how we lost the Tommy Hafey tribute game still keeps me awake at night.  .
Only a premiership cup would vindicate this current bunch.

Injury list and team selection for me among the obvious shyte performances. What also seems to annoy me when it shouldn't is even in the team selections they try and be cute by listing people like Edwards at CHF and Houli at CHB. I know it means squat but that just makes me question the point they are making even more
