Slow starts to the season.

I understand the concept of 'timing your run' but for gods sake can't we knock off some teams before round 7.

No wonder Melbourne want to lock in the pre-anzac day clash.

Several of the assistant coaches who don't have a brain between them on match day. Interchange, Ball movement.  :banghead & if a senior coach like Chocco can't instruct them to get it right them l'm afraid he must go also  :thumbsdown

The rubbish they spin about injuries. Lids will miss two= Lids will miss 6
Yarran 4-6 weeks= season etc. just tell the stakeholders the truth. We at least deserve that.

Team selection has been the biggest thing over dimmas years. Sometimes it seems like they don't even watch the game.

Do you understand the meaning of that expression?
Their social media platform is selective and pathetic
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

The fact Francis Hackson and Hartley still have a job.

The players don't pick themselves so really it's not their fault, but these 2 clowns still having a job is bizarre

I also vote for slow season starts.  Throughout Dimma's tenure, we appear to be going in one direction with our game plan, while the rest of the comp is going in the other direction.  Wonder what our opposition analyst does during the pre-season.  If we do scout the other teams, then no-one is listening to the findings.

If I had another vote, I'd say the inablility of the coaching staff to get the players properly motivated for must win games.

Oh, and on-field leadership too.  We don't have much of that.

Low standards to get games in the senior team.

This applies to the so called favourites..... :banghead

In order of importance:-

1) the continued shortcuts in list building.
2) the lack of personell with expertise and covering of each others backs.
3) embarrasing and insulting PR rubbish crafted on the assumption that the fans have an iq of 30.
4) selection of hardwicks heroes.

Thats it for now.

They are making the right choices. It's the coaching staff that is the problem. They lack skills & leadership themselves. The coaching staff is not working together & nothing will be right until that is fixed. Leon Cameron can get it right & has his team kicking huge scores. He a Cambo understand & work for one thing & that is to win games & make the players better. They are not worried about making themselves better cause that comes with how good your players do out on the ground where they can't go. Make alot of sense.
Beveridge, Clarkson, Longmire, Roos Scott brothers & that funny little man at Carlton do the same. Then you look at Collingwood, Richmond, Fremantle, Essendon,  & a few others who just have too much conflict going on. This also stems to orders going to rehab & getting injured players off the ground quickly before serious career ending damage which is happening at Richmond. Burge is going to be the 1st Rooster on the chopping block  :snidegrin
