wallace said in the press interview that they both had little niggles - said we have 6 key defenders out

he got a bit testy about gasper - asked why he was named as an emergency - wallace said because he had an injury and they just hoped he might "come up"

Well when you sit and look at it, if you named our best team

Most likely all these players would be in it: Brown, Johnson, Gaspar, Kellaway, Hall, Shultz, Knobel and Thursfield. Chaffey would probably be close also.

You could easily name a starting 6 for the backline out of those players.

I am sure that i will most likely get support from X here, i was just reading through the paper and couldnt believe that Tivendale only had 5 touches yesterday and of those 2 were clangers.

All this from a total of 117 minutes on the ground. After his performances from earlier this season it is a terrible effort from Tiv. Once again there are plenty of players who were down yesterday, but for someone who spent most of the game on the ball and only gets 5 touches it really makes you wonder.

Tiv is exactly the type of player who needed to step up and take his game to another level yesterday. In saying that, he wasnt alone. :lol
