I only know you from this forum WP but I don't think their would be much that could turn you from your beloved tigers!  :gotigers

Stripes

I will always follow them and I will always be a member but I just feeling so not interested.

For the first time ever I am seriously considering whether I should just go the normal membership route in 2010 as opposed to the "premium" one I have now plus the extra 2 I have on top of the premium.

I am sure it will pass but for now I can't shake this feeling of being over it and sick of it

WP we all have all gone through a time where we are sick of what the club is doing on and off the field. It hurts.

Losing hurts, Failure hurts, Long term failure hurts, Jealousy of others hurts, Knowing what should be done and watching the opposite happen hurts. We all think we reach the end of our tether at some stage and then we realise the unconditional love we have for something and we plod along regardless. Yes the club should be held accountable for the way we feel so who do we start with Wilson and Richardson in 84 or any other subsequent Pres or who but that sweet day when we succeed will make all the pain frustration and failure all the more sweeter. The choice we have is support or don't support and we choose to support. We all have kept the faith for different reasons. :thumbsup

We just need to keep playing and developing our current cubs with ability and continue to draft more this year and from now on in numbers to add to them. No more quick fixes trading picks away. Pick the right new coach with the new elite facilities to train in and on and the mid-to-long term future will be fine. Sounds easy lol.

Dont get too carried away as there is a long way to go yet, 2010 will likely be a development year as well.

While the win was great I think some will struggle to stay positive over this time.

We SHOULD be up fighting for a spot in the 8.

Essendon and Carlton are both having developmental years and are in the mix for the finals.

Gibbs, Murphy, Jamison, Bower, Kreuzer are all kids, as are Pears, Hurley and Reimers

I'm glad you're gone Wallace.

Jackstar...never thought i would say this...but i agree with you...

We had a team with very few over 27s....they all had a role..they knew their role...and they executed...

Even much maligned players like King McMahon and to a lesser extent Edwards all played their part and had a role in the win...

Yes next year will be a developmental year....but the sings are good...

I only hope that any new coach, if it isnt Jade Rawlings, keeps the sudden developlment we have had over the past 6 weeks going...

Personally i think Rawlings is going along nicely...strong firm and direct ...he has set team rules and they seem to be abiding by them...dropping Tuck for lack of defensive pressure -however unpopular-is one of them...good on Rawlings...
