Try reading the article, specifically the part about the chest injury

I'm quite sure Beren knows all about his chest injury.

McRae on Thomson's game for Coburg last week:

"Adam Thomson
Came back into the side after missing the previous match due to illness. The week off seemed to boost his energy levels. He had 21 possessions, with seven clearances, and was dominant around the middle of the ground when he was in there. His best game for quite a few weeks."

David King was asked on 3aw about why Hislop and Thomson didn't play much this year. King said there were injury issues but Hislop got a good go. On Thomson he had a weird sternum injury which was painful but he could still play. King then said Thomson could/should have played more than he did.
