i feel a lot more appeased after hearing B.Gale speak this morning about our plans for the future. Made a lot of sense and some of the factual info he provided such as the 100k lapsed members is staggering. Obviously not just peeing in the wind, some analysis and planning has gone into it.

Gee wiz I really hope this club gets its poo together bc we will blow the competition away with how big we will be when/IF we do. JUST GET IT RIGHT!

One of the real membership avenues I think we should explore is linking up with all the other 'Tiger' clubs in Australia. I read sometime ago that there are more clubs with Tiger as a mascot than any other.

So what we could do is say if you were registered with one of these clubs as a junior player you get a junior 11 membership for say $11 and a junior 17 membership for $17. Interstate you could make it basically free for these kids - send them a cap, poster, whatever.

i noticed geelong were advertising 3 game memberships in the paper, did we have a 4 gamer a few yrs back?..is it still an option?...fella at work said collingwood have one
