WE SAY: After this weekend the Tigers should need only three, or possibly two, more wins to lock in a third straight finals appearance. Fremantle and Hawthorn is a tough two weeks but then come a string of games against teams in a similar or worse position. Round 23 could be a mini-final for the Roos, Richmond might need the win to cement a home final in week one.
CHAMPION DATA SAYS: The Tigers inside work has been a main reason for the climb up the ladder since Round 10. They have averaged 10.6 more contested possessions per game than their opposition, winning the count by at least 12 in their last four matches.
