THE TRIBUNAL will not sit on Monday with Hawthorn midfielder Jordan Lewis headlining a list of five players who have accepted bans from the Match Review Panel.

Lewis will miss the next two matches after accepting a two-match ban for rough conduct.

Eagle Beau Waters, Tiger Jake King, Crow Bernie Vince and Swan Ben McGlynn have all accepted one-match bans.

That photo didn't prove anything.

His leg was out but didn't go near the Tiprats shins.

It is a Richmond player and we know now the normal set of rulebooks don't get used.

They bring out a big book with empty pages and make it up.

It might be a blessing in disguise for kingy. If he tangled with ballantyne this week he may have ended up with half a dozen.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Richmond forward Jake King has been offered a one-week suspension from the AFL Match Review Panel stemming from Friday night’s win over St Kilda.

King was charged with a Level One tripping offence against the Saints’ Stephen Milne during the first quarter of the match at Etihad Stadium.

Based on video evidence and a medical report from the St Kilda Football Club, the incident was assessed as reckless conduct (two points), low impact (one point) and body contact (one point).

This is a total of four activation points, resulting in a classification of a Level One offence, drawing 80 demerit points and a reprimand.   Due to an existing bad record of five matches suspended within the last three years, the penalty was increased by 50 per cent to 120 demerit points and a one-match sanction.

He also has 71.85 points carried over from within the last 12 months, increasing the penalty to 191.85 points and a one-match sanction.  An early plea reduced the sanction by 25 per cent to 143.89 points and a one-match sanction.
