Very impressed with his game, MT had talked him up a bit and I can see why now.
The pressure lol ;D

Looks very confident and very good decision making skills in last nights game.
Yeah it was good to see him back up his form in the intraclub. Hopefully Titch can take this form into the real stuff.

Edwards is Richmond's Supercoach smokey.....

RICHMOND
SHANE EDWARDS

Age: 20
Games: 32

Story so far: Came over from South Australia after being taken at pick 26 in the 2006 draft. He has evolved into a quick and exciting small forward. Most of his 16 matches last season were in that role, including a three-goal effort against Essendon, but he may be headed for another part of the ground.

Club says: “He’s had a really good pre-season and he’s changed up his role a little bit where he’s playing more at half-back. He played as a crumbing forward ... but he’s more likely to hold down a position across half-back. He’s always showed natural ability but probably been in and out of the game. He looks likely to take the next step.” – coach TERRY WALLACE

SuperCoach: Edwards can be selected as a forward or a midfielder for $288,700. Had a solid 2008, but is a moderate SuperCoach performer – averaging 54. Is up $26,000 on last year’s opening quote.
