u cannot judge jade on his win loss ratio this yr but on how he goes about his business and how the players respond to him
Spot on there TT. Jade also has to go through the process like everyone else and be judged on that as well.

I wouldn't think either he would help his chances if as caretaker he goes against instructions from above. So unfair to judge him on a poor win/loss ratio.

i wouldnt be disappointed if jade stays as coach, i reckon he has alot to offer and is very underrrated
the players seem to respond to him

your joking right

we have lost how many under him including one pathetic performance against the Saints and the one game we won was against the Eagles.

he is too soft both as a player and as a coach and will get walked over by everyone.

we need someone who has got balls and will enforce change at our club

Couldnt be further from the truth Daniel, Jade is certainly very strong mentally and he conducts himself in an extremely professional manner.

We could do a lot worse than him. His instructions are very clear and concise and i believe that he gets good results out of players

Good luck to him.
It's that simple Spud

Problem for Jade is victories over North,Melb,Sydney,Hawthorn and West Coast will be taken with a grain of salt.

I don't think he will be graded on his win/loss ratio. It will be based on a lot more than that  ;D

I have to say it was interesting to hear Lids during the week saying that now every player knows exactly what their role is in the team.... Personally that was almost music to my ears  :thumbsup ;D
