Carlscum out of the finals after a 30 point lead PRICELESS

nearly time to go watch the Skunks beat the Saints it should be a great day  ;D

aint it amazing Brisbane playing finals & winning but had 10 players all less then 50 games & players like Daniel Rich who dominate yet Richmond cant get it right in 30 years.
MT  ;D another year Collingwood play finals while us Richmond supporters twiddle our thumbs cause Collingwood know how to develope the kids  ;D
You still beleive Richmond is more successful than Collingwood  ;D 2 teams Collingwood & Brisbane who have turned their lists over & have old players who dominate & are playing finals  :banghead

I hate the pies but gee I think watching St Kilda is a snooze.

Super competitive team keep the back 6 inside 50, break quickly and hit the two twin towers. Their work around clearances is something to behold but I really don't want to see another game like today's.

Yep the Saints gameplan is dull but who cares if it makes Maggie supporters suffer another failed finals campaign  ;D.

Part 1 of my main objective in Finals ! Done - Crows it's up to you guys to finish the job  ;D
Go Crows  :thumbsup

I also love this young magpie line too ::). 12 Pies are 25 or older and only 5 were under 22. Their window is starting to close.
32 - Rocca
31 - Presti
30 - O'Bree
29 - Lockyer
------------------------
28 - Davis, Johnson
27 - Brown, Fraser, Medhurst
26 - Didak, Maxwell
25 - Swan
23 - Shaw
-----------------------
22 - Cloke, O'Brien, Thomas, Toovey
21 - Anthony, Pendelbury
19 - Beams, McCarthy
18 - Sidebottom

I think saying their window is about to close is a bit harsh MT. They said the same thing about them 3 years ago.

Rocca, Presti are getting old but other than height aren't integral to the pies plans. O'Bree is a clanger king and Lockyer is just a solid pro. Couple of their under 22s are going to be stars. The real problem is not the age of their list but the quality. Saints had Riewoldt and Dal Santo really come to the fore. Pies have plenty of good finishers (Davis, Thomas, Didak etc) but lack the classy midfielders who can get control of a game and turn it the other way.

They always seems to get 110% out of their list Collingwood and can be commended for it, but unless they do a Sydney and catch a year when a lot of teams are rebuilding I doubt they'll win a flag under Malthouse because someone else is always peaking higher.

gee l hate going to the football & watching games where every player is in one half of the ground
Its real ugly football at its worst, takes away the spectacle of the game.
Midfielders cant bang the ball into the forwards to take huge grabs cause nobody is up there.
Its so slow l reckon a old granny could get a kick
Both teams did it & magpies played a shocker. Its funny seeing that lunatic Joffa with a sour face.

Magpies are far from finished
they went into the game with McCarthy who l thought was lucky to be playing after last week
Lost Pendlebury early in the game & Thomas took a very heavy hit as did Shaw
Sidebottom will be dropped & Rocca is finished & was suprised Dick was out
If they get beaten l couldnot give a stuff

What a terrific round of footy.First the Bummers capitulate by nearly 100 points. Then Carltank blow a 5 goal last quarter lead to bow out. Now, as usual, the Colliwobbles are alive and well in September. The shots of Eddie, Mick and Joffa were priceless. That bloke Fred Negro who draws the Pub strip in In-Press will be keeping his Footy Mouth firmly shut this week too. Now we just need a rampant Adelaide to finish the job, and I can sleep easy for the rest of September :cheers

Big losers out of week one of the finals is the Bulldogs from mine

Gee they played some dumb footy yesterday

I actually thought if the won yesterday they would have made it to the GF - not now

Highlight of week one without doubt the Blues capitulating  :clapping :clapping sensational stuff

And beware the Crows
