Perhaps it's not the RFC..... perhaps it's the supplier?
With all due respect Beren - it is the RFC from where I sit.
Part of the issue for me is when did they order the stuff?
You need to allow 6-10 weeks for this sort of things as they are sourced off shore.
Logic tells me that if what we are getting isn't shown in the membership brochure that came out in October then they didn't have it properly organised because they would have had a sample. Every year they've had a picture of the members cap, stickers etc based on the samples proved by the supplier, this year ZILCH
