Waters is a fantastic addition to the CFC, make no mistake about that.

As usual RFC are never quick to pounce on quality people like Waters.

He has success and loads of experience and would've complimented Hardwick, Leppa, Lade and Campbell in so many ways.

There is no point increasing your spending on the football department if you cant use it on people like Waters.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.
