Inside Football Draft Guide
« on: November 07, 2009, 11:50:41 PM »
The latest edition of Inside Football has a 10 page draft guide.

Here's their prediciton for the first round of the draft. Done by Ben Casanelia and Brett Anderson.

1. Trengove          Melb
2. Scully               Melb
3. Martin              Rich - This one was pencilled in some time ago, with the Tigers said to be smitten with the Pioneer ballwinner.
He is a great size for a modern midfielder and kicks with penetration on both sides of his body.
He will complement the likes of Deledio and Cotchin.
4. Morabito           Freo
5. Cunnington        North
6. Rohan               Syd
7. Jetta                WCE
8. Butcher             Port
9. Melksham          Port
10. Stevens            Ess
11. Black               Melb
12. Talia                Carl
13. Lucas               Adel
14. McMillan-Pittard   Syd
15. Moore              Dogs
16. Tapscott           Port
17. Sheppard          Geel

Others in the mix to go first round are Christensen, Vardy, Duncan, Carlisle, Gysberts, Bartlett and Griffiths.

They sure have rated McMillan-Pittard higher than most phantasy drafts I've cast my eyes upon  :o

Am certainly hoping that Carlisle does slip down to the second round and that we might snare him at pick 19  ;D

I'd reckon we'll stay well clear of hyphened names from now on lol.

The Club would be very happy you'd think if the first round turned out like that with the names both KPPs and mids still available at 19.
