was doing some reading on hamstring tears the other day.
Quote
The key identifiable risk factor for hamstring strain is a
previous injury. Most studies involved Australian Rules foot-
ball and noted that athletes with a previous history of ham-
string strain were two to six times more likely to suffer
subsequent strains during their lifetime (2,8,18,31,45). Most
subsequent strains occurred within the first 2 months after
return to sport, although the risk continued over time
(2,8,15). In some reports, athletes were three times more
likely to suffer another hamstring injury even after a year
(18).

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Both Grimes boys bodies are made of paper mache. Positive signs that Jack has become less injury prone as he's gotten older. Hopefully Dylan will follow suit.
Go Tigers!
