Toweled up EEEEEDDDDIIIIEEE...though was also extremly lucky not to give away a free to him in the goal square in the second quarter....(as was Jack for his jumper tug on Talia leading up to his first goal.... ) :shh

I love the Weirdo. Thought he was stiff not to at least make the AA squad of 40. Rarely beaten but also got his hands on the footy a lot more this season.

Their intent to keep a clean sheet was demonstrated when the Lions looked close to scoring their first goal halfway through the third, and Dylan Grimes sprinted to pick up an unmarked Stefan Martin in the goalsquare, laying several tackles and stopping any score.

Agree.

But with the umpiring the way it is these days, on replay we were probably lucky he didn't get pinged for front on contact.
