I personally see Matt as one of our second teir players, He wont improve a lot from where he is now.
Our new game plan allowing he may increase his possesion count slightly to the 20 mark.  If he can keep his stats on par with the extra few possesions each game i think he will keep his job for another year or two till someone pushes him out.

sheesh for his type and  size he is no where near it. will be surprised if he survives another cull. in fact if out of contract he would have to be near the top of the delist the duds list.

if the club is all of a sudden putting a premium on kicking can anyone in his right mind see this bloke surviving.

Higher than most.  I think he has something to offer past this year and will be disappointed if he can't play plenty of senior football.

Injury free would be a good start - gotta watch them hammies

Would think 17-22 games should be the goal. I actually think his foot disposal is OK

Will be interesting to see (as it will with all our players) how he adapts to what maybe a more defensive type game style. 2009 he seemed to have licence to "take the game on" at all costs, which at times cost him because he got caught. Needs to work on that  :thumbsup
