what did we expect. this is where we are at its where we were at last yr and we will be in this place for awhile yet.

one thing though we need to expect much more from the experienced blokes they are supposed to lead from the front but never do.
polo. tambling, white, polak, moore newman thomson edwards  tuck, morton all at the least 4th yr players deledio quite as well sheesh they are supposed to lead from the front.so many just not up to it and so many others down.

we at the very least deserve  players who can think and kick yet we cop skilless imbeciles. and what is there in the wings to replace them with? more skilless imbeciles or skinny runts.

if hislop white rance graham get regular games with that level of skill we will have learnt not a thing.how many more yrs do we have to see polak underperform  to put a line thru his name.
bloody hell if these players cant get a kick in a practice game or execute properly in a practice game what chance when the real stuff starts. in many ways the more things change the more they stay the same.

okay the positives

post looks like he will be okay down back.we have to stick fat and keep playing him at chb. and lets remember hes still 2 seasons away from properly establishing himself. 2012 we will start  to get the real rewards of playing him back.

to me thursfield has to go to fb ive said this all along but he needs to bulk up apparently this is the case to a small degree. it is make or break for will lets find out finally one way or the other.

Gourdis well hes gone past rance and looks like he is worth giving a go to. but sheesh footskills while not as bad as usual still need plenty of work..

astbury looks a good pick up but already i can hear the expectations grow.

if the wraps are as correct as people reckon on Griffiths  or he shows as much as astbury did, we may have the nucleous of the forward line with riewoldt thrown in. but it wont come together for two or 3 yrs.
and on riewoldt i know it wasnt down there much but he has to contribute and get involved much more. some strong hard leads would not go astray just to give an option.
