Roberts is 23.

I wonder if it's Essendon platying well or us gifting goals through turnovers as usual  :-\.

Very disappointing score line at the moment. The squad we have is pretty strong, its disappointing every time the other mob get a run on no one in our team stands up and puts up the shutters. Havent been able to stop momentum for years- disappointing especially from the leadership group and the midfielders.

Jobe Watson puts through another - Richmond trail 70 to 28. There hasn't been too much action for the Tiger forwards this quarter.

Sounds like a repeat of the game last week against Collingwood. Not getting the ball forward of centre and getting pumped :scream

Do we have many of our front line players out or are we just that bad??

Tiger boys who lined up with Coburg today were very impressive.

The Tigers started the second well kicking a point followed quickly by a goal to Nason after Standon gave away a free kick 50m out from goal. But Stanton hit back after receiving a handball from a pack from Zaharakis to kick a nice opportunist goal on an angle 35m out. Winderlich took the lead out to 23 points after a Davey steal in the midfield got the Bombers going. A second goal to Roberts was overshadowed soon after by a huge pack mark to Hille 30m from goal. The kick was poor and sailed through for a point. Some nice work by impressive rookie Howlett saw the ball move into the forward line where Monfries swooped on a loose ball in the goal square for his second. A free kick to Hille in the middle saw the ball finish with the yellow-booted Reimers who driled through his first goal. The Bombers' 10th was a team effort with Neagle handballing to Davey who dodged three players to spot Hocking who kicked a banana goal. A huge mark to Monfries on the wing brought the crowd to life late in the second quarter. When Gumbelton marked again and spoted Watson - who marked and promptly was given a 50 m penalty - the lead balloned to 42 points. A late goal to Nahas would have frustrated Knights but the smile returned to his face when H.Slattery fired a great pass to a leading Zaharakis who kicked his second from 45m out. The siren sound 20 seconds later
