If Fev was playing the result would be as good as done to the Blooz, now we have a bit of a chance at least. Obviously Morton and Riewoldt would need to kick a fair few between them if we were to win.

That's why I was disappointed when Astbury got his foot injury which has kept him out of the last 3 nab games and no chance for Round 1. Big talent who I think would have got a game in Round 1 and would have took one of Carltons tall defenders and be more than competitive

14 goals won't be enough IMO unless we are untra defensive like the Saints (we can only wish) and we are no ware near that level at the moment. 16-18 goals will do it and we would have to hae the mids, Riewoldt, Roberts and Morton contribute over four quaters for that sort of score line. They all have to click on the night and with players like Nason, Tambling, Tuck and Nahas also helping out.

Interesting stats....

In round 1 last year Fev only kicked 2 of Carltons 23 goals. :o

Fev kicked 9 out of 16 in round 15.

We need someone who can stop Eddie Betts IMO.

players like Tambling and Lids need to step up and do something for once.

In any other team midfielders kick goals but not at punt Road. Lift and do something both of you FFS

Also Gary Abblet won a Brownlow last year in a premiership side and only kick 7 more goals than Lids as a mid. (27 goals)
Agree with Bling though, needs to do much more.

You will probably see Bling kick more goals when he is actually played in a position that allows him to kick goals. He played most of the year last year down back and only just forward on centre, give him a break.

No.
No break for Bling until he can string together more than a handful of decent games. If there is anyone at this club that needs to step up, it's Bling. Pick 4 and played probably 10 good games in 5 years. (if that)  :banghead
Sorry WA Tiger but he has been a massive disapointment
