Will Thursfield and Mitch Farmer were forced out of the side through leg injuries, while Tom Hislop, Jake King, Adam Thomson and Robin Nahas have been omitted.

In: Cousins, Tuck, Polo, Roberts, Rance, White
Out: Thursfield, Farmer, Hislop, King, Thomson, Nahas
Shame about Thursty's injury but the 4 omissions are no loss. Most likely they won't be around next year either.

Still no change to the structure of the side with the ins. We are still way too short and small :-\.

Is Rance going to play in defence as a replacement for Thursty?  :help

A weird decision to promote Polly and not play him. A waste of a rookie promotion which prevents us promoting someone else such as Gourdis (not that I rate him) or Contin.

It doesnt seem to make any sense does it MT? The only thing I can think of is that Polak has something he needs to work on first, which I suppose begs the question as to why promote him?  Perhaps he has less to work on than any one else on the rookie list, in Hardwicks eyes?

WHY?!  He plays his best footy when he's attacking!

The forward line looks better at least structurally that way as there are two other talls to give Jack and Morton a chop out but the backline would still leak badly being collectively far too small and outsized.

I can't see any match-up for Edwards for instance. It'd be a boy against a man with any of the Swans forward six named  :help

I have definitly come to the conclusion that Edwards has a picture of Hardwick with a goat, even with the injuries and ommisions they should have brought Webberly in and Edwards out. Polo could have slotted straight into Edawrds spot and no one would have noticed... ;D

From all reports from people who stayed for the 2nd half of the Coburg game, Rance was alright.
